Gazing Green LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company that operates gazinggreenbeauty.com (“Gazing Green,” “we,” “us”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, buy from us, join our email or text list, or contact us, and what we do with it.

1. Who this applies to

We sell to customers in the United States only. Our site is meant for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

2. What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, messages you send us, quiz answers, and reviews and photos you submit.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners (for example Shop Pay, PayPal and card processors). We do not see or store your full card number.
• Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, items added to cart, and how you arrived at our site, using cookies and similar tools.

3. How we use it

To process and ship orders, send order updates, provide customer support, detect and prevent fraud, send marketing emails and texts you have agreed to receive, show and measure our advertising, improve our site and products, keep records for tax and legal reasons, and handle product safety reports.

4. Who receives it (service providers)

We share information with companies that help us run the business, only as needed for their service:

• Shopify: store, checkout, payments, fraud checks and shipping labels.
• Klaviyo: email and text messaging.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): advertising pixel, Conversions API and lead forms. Meta receives information such as pages viewed, items added to cart, purchases, and email or phone details (often in scrambled, hashed form) so we can measure ads and reach people who may like our products.
• TikTok: advertising pixel, which receives similar browsing and purchase information for ad measurement.
• Google: Google Analytics (website traffic) and the Google and YouTube sales channel.
• Judge.me: collecting and displaying product reviews.
• Typeform: our hair-type quiz and feedback forms.
• USPS and other carriers: delivering your order.
• Professional advisers and authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.

Some advertising sharing may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain state laws. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

5. Cookies and advertising choices

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, understand site traffic, and measure and personalize advertising. Our site does not currently show a cookie banner to visitors in the United States. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and some browsers let you turn on a Global Privacy Control signal. You can also opt out of personalized ads in your Meta, TikTok and Google ad settings, or email us and ask us to stop sharing your information for advertising, and we will honor your request.

6. Email and text messages

If you join our list, you agree to receive marketing emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Gazing Green at the number you gave us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

7. Reviews and photos

Reviews you post may be displayed publicly with your first name and last initial. If you send us photos or videos and tell us we may use them, we may use them on our site and social channels. Ask us to remove yours at any time.

8. How long we keep it

We keep information as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and keep product safety and complaint records. When it is no longer needed we delete or de-identify it.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing and advertising sharing at any time. Email contactus@gazinggreenbeauty.com with your request and the email address you used. We may need to verify your identity. We respond within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for making a request. Residents of some states have additional rights under state privacy laws. Tell us your state and we will honor the rights that apply to you.

10. Security and incidents

We use reasonable safeguards, including the security features of Shopify and our other providers. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. If a data incident affects you, we will notify you and regulators as required by applicable state law.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
