Hot Oil Treatment: part hair into 1/4 sections, apply half of dropper to roots up to 2x or as needed. Massage oil into scalp or let sit for 30 minutes before shampoo.

Daily Use: apply daily or every other day and rinse hair 1x to 2x a week as preferred for best results.
